Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and outcome-driven Senior Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead to support enterprise-scale agile delivery initiatives across healthcare platforms. This role combines hands-on Scrum leadership with enterprise agile transformation, requiring deep expertise in JIRA configuration, agile governance, executive reporting, and AI-enabled delivery practices. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic advisor to product, engineering, QA, and leadership teams, driving agile maturity, optimising delivery frameworks, and ensuring predictable, high-quality execution in complex healthcare environments.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead in large-scale enterprise environments.

- Strong experience facilitating Agile ceremonies across multiple cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, UX, data, and business).

- Demonstrated success leading enterprise agile transformation initiatives beyond standard Scrum execution.

- Expert-level JIRA expertise, including workflow customisation, automation, dashboards, issue types, boards, releases, and governance.

- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, ScrumBan, SAFe, and hybrid delivery frameworks.

- Experience in healthcare, payer, or regulated enterprise environments strongly preferred.

- Expertise in agile metrics and executive reporting (velocity, burn-down/up, cycle time, lead time, predictability).

- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with product owners, engineering leaders, QA teams, and executives.

- Proven ability to identify and resolve blockers, dependencies, and delivery risks proactively.

- Hands-on experience with distributed teams (onshore/offshore).

- Strong communication, facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.

Good to Have:

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Advanced CSM (A-CSM), PSM II/III, or SAFe certifications.

- Experience with Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro, or similar collaboration and delivery tools.

- Exposure to AI-powered agile tools, predictive analytics, or enterprise productivity copilots.

- Experience implementing AI-assisted backlog grooming, sprint forecasting, or automated delivery insights.

- Strong background in governance reporting and executive-level presentations.

- Experience transitioning organisations from project-centric to product-centric operating models.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead for multiple enterprise product teams across healthcare platforms.

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and PI / Quarterly Planning.

- Drive adherence to Agile and Scrum principles while tailoring practices to enterprise healthcare delivery needs.

- Identify, track, and remove impediments, risks, and cross-team dependencies impacting delivery outcomes.

- Lead agile transformation initiatives and coach teams, product owners, and leadership on best practices and scaling models.

- Guide teams in adopting product-centric, outcome-driven delivery approaches.

- Own and optimise JIRA configurations, including workflows, issue types, automation rules, dashboards, boards, and reporting structures.

- Standardise JIRA usage practices across delivery teams to improve transparency and predictability.

- Design and deliver executive-ready dashboards and governance reports focused on delivery health, forecasting, release readiness, and operational metrics.

- Leverage AI-enabled tools for backlog refinement, predictive sprint planning, release forecasting, and delivery optimisation.

- Recommend and pilot enterprise-approved AI tools to improve planning, reporting, and team collaboration.

- Support governance forums with actionable insights and metrics-driven recommendations.

Education Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or related field required

- Scrum / Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe, etc.) strongly preferred

- Advanced certifications in Agile Coaching, Delivery Leadership, or AI-enabled project management are a plus
