Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Standardize, optimize, and scale Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Planning business processes across operating units to deliver measurable business outcomes through KPI-driven performance management.

- Own the end-to-end SCM and Planning process flow, ensuring seamless integration across purchasing, planning, inventory, manufacturing, and distribution.

- Design and deliver holistic supply chain solutions that enable operational efficiency, responsiveness, and cost optimization.

- Leverage deep expertise in SCM processes, including Procurement, Demand & Supply Planning, Inventory Management, MRP, and Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP).

- Act as the business owner for Oracle Planning solutions, leading activities from requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

- Provide governance and oversight for all Oracle SCM implementations, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and quality standards.

- Manage and coordinate internal teams and third-party system integrators, driving accountability and execution excellence.

- Establish and enforce best practices, controls, and governance frameworks for Oracle SCM solutions to ensure scalability, compliance, and long-term sustainability.

- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive continuous improvement, digital transformation, and process maturity across the supply chain.

Must-Have Skills:

- Strong experience in Oracle SCM / Oracle Planning / ASCP implementations

- Proven ability to govern and lead Oracle SCM implementations across internal teams and external vendors

- Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain and planning processes

- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills

- Data-driven mindset with strong focus on KPIs and business outcomes
