About the Role

Are you passionate about solving complex problems using cutting-edge AI? Were looking for a Senior Generative AI / ML Scientist to join our growing AI team. In this role, you'll focus on building and deploying advanced GenAI and Agentic AI applications that drive real business value. This is a highly technical role ideal for a hands-on individual contributor with leadership experience.

Youll work at the intersection of machine learning, engineering, and business collaborating closely with data engineers, product teams, and business leaders to bring ideas to life and deliver measurable impact.

What Youll Do

- Design and build scalable GenAI solutions using modern tools and frameworks.

- Develop and optimize end-to-end ML workflows, from data preparation to deployment.

- Implement key GenAI components such as vector databases, embedding strategies, caching layers, and document chunking.

- Conduct rigorous experimentation and validation to ensure solution effectiveness.

- Mentor junior scientists and contribute to team-wide technical excellence.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and leadership to align technical work with strategic goals.

What Were Looking For

- PhD with 6+ years, Masters with 8+ years, or Bachelors with 10+ years of relevant industry experience.

- 7+ years of experience in applied ML and model development.

- Hands-on experience creating Generative AI and multi-agent AI applications.

- Strong command of tools such as Python, PyTorch, LangChain, LangGraph.

- Deep understanding of ML fundamentals, algorithm design, and system performance.

- Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to lead through influence.

Bonus Points For

- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LLM fine-tuning, or multi-agent orchestration.

- Familiarity with deploying ML applications in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).

- Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects.
