Senior SAP Techno-Functional Program Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Techno-Functional Program Lead with strong expertise in SAP implementations, enterprise transformation programs, solution architecture, and cross-functional delivery management. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on exposure to SAP functional modules, enterprise integrations, project governance, and stakeholder management across large-scale SAP landscapes.

The role requires a blend of:

The candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, consultants, vendors, and leadership teams to drive successful SAP transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, migration, and transformation programs

- Drive SAP solution delivery across multiple modules and business functions

- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and define scalable SAP solutions

- Manage project planning, budgeting, timelines, governance, risks, and delivery tracking

- Provide guidance on SAP architecture, integrations, cloud adoption, and enterprise standards

- Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, integration teams, infrastructure teams, and PMOs

- Support SAP S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, and migration strategies

- Define integration frameworks between SAP and third-party enterprise systems

- Ensure system scalability, compliance, security, and operational performance

- Lead Agile/Waterfall project execution methodologies

- Prepare architecture documents, functional specifications, process flows, and project reports

- Drive user adoption, UAT coordination, training, and deployment support

- Support pre-sales discussions, effort estimations, solution proposals, and client presentations

Required Skills & Expertise

- SAP Functional & Technical Knowledge

- Strong understanding of SAP enterprise ecosystems

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC environments

Exposure to SAP modules such as:

- SAP FI/CO

- SAP MM

- SAP SD

- SAP PP

- SAP HCM / SuccessFactors

- SAP WM/EWM

Understanding of SAP integration technologies:

- IDoc

- RFC

- APIs

- SAP CPI

- PI/PO

- Middleware integrations

- Program & Delivery Management

- Experience managing enterprise-scale SAP projects

- Strong PMO governance and stakeholder management skills

- Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies

- Budgeting, planning, risk management, and vendor coordination experience

- Strong client-facing and cross-functional leadership capability

Technical & Architecture Skills:

- Knowledge of SAP Fiori, SAP BTP, SAP Cloud solutions

- Experience with enterprise integrations and cloud ecosystems

- Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP environments preferred

- Understanding of enterprise architecture and system scalability principles

Preferred Qualifications:

- SAP Certification preferred

- PMP / Scrum / Agile certifications are an added advantage

- Experience in enterprise digital transformation programs

- Prior consulting or client-facing implementation experience preferred
