Senior SAP PPQM Functional Consultant

As an ESaaS - SAP - PPQM Consultant, you will take ownership of projects, providing expertise and end-to-end solutions. With a deep understanding of business processes and project implementation methodologies, you will contribute to the success of our clients' SAP journeys.

Responsibilities for Internal Candidates

- Manage and own all technical aspects of development and delivery

- Gather and understand requirements, writing Functional Specification documents

- Lead and mentor small-sized teams, demonstrating strong communication and analytical skills

- Diagnose problem areas and design innovative solutions

- Conduct conference room pilots and assist with solution/product demonstrations

- Work on support engagement, manage priority-based tickets, and contribute to competency building

- Coordinate with technical teams on custom objects and interact with customers to understand their needs

- Propose solutions and methodologies, ensuring adherence to SLAs and identifying RCAs

- Provide post-go-live support and generate daily status reports

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance our SAP solutions

Candidate's Profile:

- Graduate with Minimum 7-12 years of relevant experience in SAP PP/QM, with expertise in S4 HANA/ECC

- Ready to work onsite in Navi Mumbai (Airoli)

- In-depth knowledge of PP and QM modules, including Master Data, Work Centers, Routings, MRP, Batch Management, Quality Management, and more

- Experience in implementation and support projects, with a focus on manufacturing industry domain

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to multitask and adapt to dynamic requirements

- SAP Certification and domain experience are preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and mentor teams

- Hands-on experience in testing, including Unit, Integration, and Quality Assurance

- Knowledge of interfaces with MES, LIMS, QMS Systems, and Weighing Scales

- Experience in configuration and set-up of PPQM module, and resolving issues with existing business processes

- A highly motivated and goal-oriented individual, with a track record of client satisfaction
