Role : Sr. SAP FICO Consultant (Remote Job)

Role Overview :

As a Senior SAP FICO Consultant, you will be at the forefront of designing, implementing, and optimizing complex financial solutions leveraging SAP FICO and S/4HANA Finance. This pivotal role involves leading end-to-end project lifecycle activities, from initial blueprinting and solution architecture to configuration, testing, and successful go-live.

You will collaborate closely with senior business stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and technical experts to translate intricate business requirements into robust SAP solutions. Your expertise will directly impact our clients' financial operational efficiency, strategic decision-making, and overall business performance by delivering scalable, integrated, and high-value financial systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the comprehensive solution design and architecture for SAP FICO and S/4HANA Finance implementations, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and industry best practices.

- Drive the configuration and customization of SAP FI, CO, and COPA modules, including advanced S/4HANA functionalities, to meet specific client needs and project deliverables.

- Provide expert consulting and guidance to clients and project teams on financial process optimization, system capabilities, and integration strategies, fostering strong, collaborative relationships.

- Oversee and execute critical project phases such as data migration, system testing, user training, and post-go-live support, ensuring seamless transitions and system stability.

- Mentor and develop junior consultants, sharing knowledge and best practices to elevate team capabilities and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and excellence.

Required Skillset :

- Deep functional expertise across all core SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO-CCA, PCA, IO, COPA, PS) and extensive hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance capabilities.

- Proven ability in solution architecture, blueprinting, configuration, and integration within large-scale, complex SAP environments, demonstrating a strong understanding of financial accounting principles.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of successfully resolving intricate business and technical challenges.

- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills, capable of influencing decisions and building consensus among diverse groups.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at articulating complex technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related discipline from a premier institution.

- Demonstrated capacity to thrive in a remote work setting, exhibiting self-motivation, effective time management, and seamless collaboration with geographically dispersed teams.
