Role Overview:

As a Senior SAP FICO Consultant, you will serve as a strategic bridge between complex financial business processes and robust SAP technology solutions. Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and deploy comprehensive SAP FICO solutions to streamline financial reporting and accounting processes for diverse business units.

- Lead complex migration and integration projects, ensuring seamless data integrity and system performance for global stakeholders.

- Partner with finance controllers and business process owners to identify operational bottlenecks and implement automated SAP solutions that enhance productivity.

- Provide expert-level guidance on SAP S/4HANA Finance transformations, ensuring the business leverages the latest technological advancements for competitive advantage.

- Mentor junior consultants and technical teams to foster a culture of excellence and high-quality delivery standards across all project phases.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrate deep functional expertise in SAP FICO, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling modules, with a proven track record of managing large-scale implementations.

- Exhibit strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to communicate complex financial concepts to non-technical business leaders effectively.

- Possess a solid educational background in Finance, Accounting, or Information Technology, complemented by relevant SAP certifications that validate your technical mastery.
