Description:
- Work from any location in the United States. Top compensation benchmarked with US market.
- Lead end-to-end implementation and support of SAP FICO modules, ensuring solutions align with business objectives.
- Handle key areas including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting, and Controlling (CO).
- Manage integration points with MM, SD, PP, and HR modules.
- Gather business requirements, prepare functional specifications, and collaborate with technical (ABAP) teams for custom developments.
- Configure and optimize financial closing, tax setup, cost center accounting, profit center accounting, and internal orders.
- Provide expert support during month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for business users.
- Participate in S/4HANA migration or upgrade projects, including testing and validation of finance data models.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and system documentation standards.
- Provide thought leadership in process improvements, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps and SAP Activate methodology.
- Exposure to Central Finance (CFIN) or Group Reporting in S/4HANA.
- Experience in data migration, interfaces, and reporting tools (Fiori, SAC, etc.).
- Background in working with global clients and multi-country rollouts.
