Job Details:

Job role: Senior - SAP CO

Experience: 4 to 7 years

Notice Period: Immediately/Serving Notice period/30 days

Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Kolkata, Noida, Kochi, Trivandrum

Your Key Responsibilities:

- The primary function of this position is to work as a team member in different phases of various ongoing SAP Implementation Projects and contribute effectively to the area of SAP S4 HANA CO-Cost center and profit center Accounting, COPA, Marginal Analysis, Product Costing and Material Ledger with a preferred background in the relevant industry.

- The Specialist will work in the implementation of all the above modules as part of the S4HANA Finance Transformation project, ensuring seamless integration with other third-party systems.

- Interface and communicate with the onsite coordinators.

- Completion of assigned tasks on time and regular status reporting to the manager/lead.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements independently (Mandatory skill).

- Ability to drive design workshops independently with the client (Mandatory skill).

- Must be able to prepare the materials for the design workshops independently (Mandatory skill).

- Must send out the Meeting Minutes of the Workshop post each workshop that he/she leads (Mandatory skill).

- Follow up on the action items from the workshops.

- Experience on FIORI APPS, BO-DS, BW, HANA and other reporting tools.

- Prior client facing consulting experience.

- SAP Finance/Controlling Certification is a plus.

What we look for:

- Candidate must be a qualified CA / ICWA / ICMA/ MBA Finance in a reputed institution with a sound industry/domain experience and SAP relevant experience with 3 to 7 years in CO.

- Experience with leading business blueprint, gathering and documenting business requirements and designing SAP enabled solutions.

- Development of project documentation including business process flows, training materials, requirements gathering and project management methodology experience required.

- Experience should be in End-to-end Implementation, Rollout, Support, upgrade, enhancements in the below areas:

1. Controlling- CO-Cost Center Accounting, CO-Profit Center Accounting and CO-Internal Orders.

2. Hands on experience in CO-Profitability Analysis & Product Costing (Planning and cost object controlling) and Material Ledger Actual Costing.

3. CO integration with MM, SD, PP & PS.

- Excellent business communication skills.

- Ability to manage end-to-end SAP CO processes and functional teams.

- Strong experience in product costing and cost planning.
