Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements by collaborating with key stakeholders across functions.
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria aligned with Salesforce best practices.
- Work closely with Salesforce architects and developers to design scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify improvement areas and recommend process optimizations leveraging Salesforce capabilities.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), release validation, and end-user onboarding activities.
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring continuous alignment with project goals and business vision.
- Facilitate communication between business teams and technical teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and smooth delivery.
- Ensure that implemented solutions follow Salesforce standards, data model best practices, and integration guidelines.
- Assist in change management activities, including documentation, training, and rollout support.
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies and collaborate within Scrum teams to drive timely and quality delivery.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst on Salesforce Core (Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, process flows, and integration capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum) preferred.
- Salesforce certification (Admin or BA-related) is a plus
