- We are aggressively scaling and seeking ambitious Sales Specialists ready to disrupt the HR Tech and GenAI markets in metro cities, starting with Bangalore

Job Responsibilities

Enterprise Solution Sales:

- Lead business development and end-to-end sales with enterprise, corporate, and large SMB clients.

- Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: - Proactively source, qualify, and convert both inbound and outbound leads. Leverage events, digital channels, and personal networks for consistent pipeline growth.

- Consultative Selling: - Engage HR leaders, TA heads, L&D managers, and C-level executives, understanding pain points and positioning TRACK/MANA as essential for digital transformation in HR.

- Solution Demos & Presentations: - Deliver impactful product demos and presentations customized to client use cases across hiring, assessment, and training.

- Contract Negotiation & Closures: - Own deal strategy, commercial discussions, and closing. Drive high-quality revenue and ensure rapid deal cycles.

- Market Intelligence: - Analyze local HR tech trends and competitor activity in metro markets, providing feedback to product and marketing teams for rapid adoption.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams for seamless solution delivery and client satisfaction.

- Performance Targets: - Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, with strong focus on new client acquisition and account expansion.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 7-12 years in B2B enterprise/corporate sales, preferably in HR tech,- SaaS, or related tech platforms.

- Track Record: Demonstrated success in high-growth sales environments with ownership of large annual quotas; experience with both inbound and outbound business development.

- Network: Active relationships with decision-makers in HR, recruitment, L&D, or CXO leadership in target cities is desirable.

Skills:

- Aggressive in hunting & closing deals

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

- Ability to articulate ROI and technical value to diverse stakeholders

- Self-driven, energetic, and resilient with a passion for tech

- Knowledge of HRMS, ATS, LXP, assessment tools, and/or GenAI solutions is a strong plus

- Proficient in CRM and sales automation tools
