Job Summary

This is an exciting senior sales role focused on customer acquisition through proactive hunting of strategic mega engagements. The role involves ownership of the entire sales cycle, from identifying and qualifying prospects to negotiating and closing contracts. The candidate will be expected to deeply understand the customers business priorities and align relevant solutions to meet those needs. Building and nurturing long-term, sustainable relationships with C-level executives (CxOs) at assigned strategic new accounts is a key responsibility. The goal is to position the organization as a critical partner within the customers business ecosystem.

Detailed Job Description

- Serve as a Senior Individual Contributor driving high-impact revenue generation and market penetration.

- Own the end-to-end sales pipeline for customer acquisition, focusing on discovering and winning large-scale opportunities.

- Engage closely with customers to understand their core business drivers and challenges.

- Use consultative selling techniques to demonstrate how the organizations solutions address customer requirements and add value.

- Build and maintain influential relationships with C-suite executives, positioning as a trusted advisor and key partner.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Pricing, Solutioning, Innovation Centers, Global teams, and other departments to facilitate seamless deal closure.

- Responsible for driving and closing deals typically exceeding USD 10 million in total contract value (TCV).

Qualifications and Skills

- A minimum of 20 years of proven sales excellence, with strong expertise in conceptual selling and closing complex, high-value deals.

- Established and extensive market presence with strong connections to CXO-level stakeholders across industries.

- Ability to influence decision-making and create significant business opportunities through strategic deal execution.

- In-depth knowledge of current IT and technology trends such as Infrastructure, Applications, Platforms, Public and Hybrid Cloud, Automation, and how these align with the organization's portfolio.

- Demonstrated ability to navigate both internal organizational ecosystems and external client environments to win and grow large deals exceeding USD 10 million in TCV.

- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders and complex sales cycles.

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) from a premier institute.
