- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue and GMV targets.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new B2B enterprise clients in the travel and holidays industry.
- Build and nurture long-term strategic partnerships with large travel agencies, SMEs, and channel partners.
- Conduct tailored product demos, presentations, and high-stakes negotiations with enterprise clients.
- Own the sales pipeline, GMV targets, and contribute to market share expansion.
- Sell across the entire product suite: APIs, white-label solutions, SaaS platforms, and managed travel.
- Collaborate closely with onboarding, operations, product, and customer success teams for seamless client activation and retention.
- Track performance metrics and provide regular reporting to leadership.
- Stay updated on travel tech trends, competitor activities, and emerging SaaS solutions.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Proven success in consultative selling, enterprise sales, and key account management.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, especially in high-pressure scenarios.
- Track record of consistently achieving or exceeding GMV/revenue targets.
- Ability to sell complex tech products (APIs, SaaS, platforms) to enterprise clients.
- Strategic thinker with a long-term vision for scaling partnerships beyond transactions.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Bonus: Experience in closing CXO-level deals with corporates or large travel networks.
Education & Qualifications:
Essential: Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
Preferred: MBA in Sales, Marketing
