Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager in the Solar Industry, based in Noida.

- The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and maintaining client accounts.

- Key responsibilities include market research, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closing deals, while ensuring alignment with the companys growth strategy.

- Additionally, the candidate will collaborate closely with other departments to align on client needs and project timelines.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in Business Development, Client Acquisition, and Strategic Partnerships.

- Knowledge of Sales Strategy, Market Research, and Lead Generation.

- Strong skills in Negotiation, Communication, and Relationship Management.

- Familiarity with Solar Industry operations, products, and market trends.

- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and data analysis for reporting.

- Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.

- Ability to work under deadlines, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Experience in the renewable energy sector or related fields is a plus.
