Role Overview:
As the Sr. Sales Manager for SaaS at Talent Pro, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding our footprint within existing accounts. You will work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to develop and execute sales strategies that align with our overall business objectives. This role directly impacts our ability to deliver innovative talent management solutions to a wider audience, ultimately helping organizations build stronger, more effective workforces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory (Mumbai).
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of Talent Pro's SaaS solutions to prospective clients.
- Manage and nurture a pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring timely follow-up and effective communication.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with Talent Pro's pricing and legal guidelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management, tracking progress against goals and identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and sales collateral that resonate with specific customer segments.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Partner with the customer success team to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for new clients, fostering long-term relationships.
Required Skillset:
Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed sales targets in a SaaS environment. Proven expertise in IT sales, with a strong understanding of the software sales lifecycle. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with C-level executives and other key stakeholders. Adept at building and maintaining strong client relationships, fostering trust and loyalty. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in SaaS sales.
