What is needed :
1. Education : MBA - Pedigree Needed ( top A/ B)
2. Strong sales profile who has experience in SAAS Product
3. Understand the product, Manage complete sales Lifecycle till closure
4. Need exp and understanding in Indian Markets . International exp not req. if has ok but strong India exp
5. Someone who has closed big number of deals . Check revenue numbers
6. This role will be responsible for making connects/ use their own and do the first conversation with clients, then the sales team will take over.

About the Role:
We are looking for highly driven sales leaders with a proven track record in SaaS product sales. This role demands a professional who can understand complex SaaS offerings, build strong client relationships, and drive deals from prospecting to closure. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of the Indian market and have consistently delivered high-value deals.
As a Senior Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in expanding market presence, leveraging your network, and managing the end-to-end sales lifecycle-from the first conversation to successful closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business acquisition for SaaS products in the Indian real estate ecosystem.
- Leverage existing industry connects and networks to initiate client conversations.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure.
- Demonstrate and articulate the SaaS product's value proposition to CXOs and senior stakeholders.
- Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets with a focus on large, strategic deals.
- Work closely with internal teams (pre-sales, marketing, product) to align client needs with solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with key accounts for upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
What We're Looking For:
- 8+ years of experience in SaaS product sales.
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals; strong revenue ownership history.
- Deep understanding of Indian markets; international exposure is welcome but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong network of decision-makers in relevant industries.
- MBA from a top B-school (Tier 1/Tier 2) is a must.
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and a true go-getter.
