Key Responsibilities:

- Drive end-to-end sales for premium residential or commercial properties.

- Build and manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and investors.

- Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations to close high-value deals.

- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to generate quality leads.

- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and luxury property developments.

- Maintain CRM records and deliver detailed reports on sales performance and client interactions.

Requirements:

- 5 to 7 years of experience in sales, client servicing, or business development.

- Prior experience in luxury sales (real estate, automobiles, hospitality, lifestyle) is a strong advantage.

- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Proven ability to close high-value deals and manage affluent clients.
