Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales / Senior Sales Managerwith hands-on experience in Industrial Automation product sales. The role focuses on developing and managing customer accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales for Rockwell Automation products such as PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD, Motion, and Safety Systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of Rockwell Automation products within assigned territories and industry segments.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve growth objectives and meet revenue targets.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new customer opportunities, maintaining a healthy and active sales funnel.
- Conduct daily customer visits and build long-term relationships with key clients.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in sales fundamentals listening, analysis, lead qualification, negotiation, prospecting, new customer development, and value-based/customer-centric selling.
- Understand customer requirements and propose tailored automation solutions aligned with their process and operational needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and high customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and strengthen market presence.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
Required Qualifications
Education: Master's or Bachelor's in any related field.
Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Automation Sales / Industrial Sales.
Must-Have Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Deep understanding of sales fundamentals (listening, negotiation, prospecting, lead qualification).
- Fluency in English and proficiency in the local language.
