
Role Overview
We are looking for a driven Senior Sales Manager with strong experience in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS), especially PCBA & Box Build, to lead new business development and revenue growth. You will be responsible for hunting new clients, closing high-value deals, and driving sales across electronics manufacturing solutions while working closely with internal engineering and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Drive new business acquisition in EMS, PCBA, and Box Build manufacturing
2. Build and manage strong client relationships with enterprise customers
3. Understand client requirements and offer end-to-end manufacturing solutions
4. Lead RFQs, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations
5. Collaborate with engineering, sourcing, and production teams for seamless execution
6. Track market trends and identify new growth opportunities
Requirements
1. 4-8 years of sales experience in EMS / electronics manufacturing
2. Strong understanding of PCBA, Box Build, and manufacturing processes
3. Proven track record in hunting & closing deals
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
5. Exposure to companies like Dixon, Foxconn, Kaynes, Jabil, Centum is a plus
