Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new clients for CRE products such as construction finance.
- Develop strong relationships with developers, brokers, and other stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Explore and capitalize on market opportunities to achieve business targets.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Provide end-to-end support during the deal lifecycle, including client onboarding and documentation.
3. Market Intelligence and Strategy:
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the real estate sector.
- Provide inputs to the Zonal Sales Leader for strategy development and process improvement.
4. Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams such as credit, operations, and legal to ensure seamless deal execution.
- Act as a mentor for junior sales team members in the region, sharing knowledge and expertise.
5. Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure all deals comply with internal and regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and market feedback.
