- The Senior Sales Manager will lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets, develop and implement sales strategies, and expand the company's market presence.

- This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and profitability targets.

- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to enhance performance, motivation, and professional development.

- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs to drive sales growth.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.

- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.

- Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.

- Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.

- Manage sales budgets, forecasts, and ensure adherence to company policies.

- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activities to maintain competitive advantage.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

- Minimum of 7-8 years of sales experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

- Ability to analyze sales performance metrics and market data.

- Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

- Ability to travel as needed
