Position: Senior Sales Director - Software Development (GCC Focus)
Location: Bengaluru (Primary) | Extensive travel across India & GCC
Experience: 15+ years in IT Sales, including 7+ years in senior leadership roles
About the Role:
We're seeking a proven Senior Sales Director to lead and expand software development services sales with Global Capability Centers (GCCs) across India. The ideal candidate has deep GCC ecosystem experience, a strong track record in enterprise software sales, and leadership experience driving revenue growth and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales strategy, revenue growth, and market expansion in the GCC segment
- Build and manage CXO-level relationships within GCCs
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team
- Oversee end-to-end enterprise deal cycles and large contract negotiations
- Collaborate with delivery and solution teams for customized value-driven proposals
Requirements:
- 15+ years in IT/software services sales, 7+ in leadership roles
- Proven experience selling to GCCs in India
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, cloud, digital, and emerging tech (AI/ML, IoT, etc.)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
- MBA preferred
