Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced RPA Business Analyst / Automation Architect to drive enterprise-wide automation initiatives. The role requires deep expertise in process analysis, stakeholder management, and RPA solution design across large-scale BPM / BPO environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis & Process Assessment:

- Engage with business stakeholders to identify and evaluate automation opportunities

- Conduct detailed process assessments, feasibility studies, and ROI analysis

- Document business requirements, process maps, and automation use cases

RPA Solution Design & Implementation:

- Define end-to-end RPA solution architecture

- Work closely with RPA developers and architects on implementation

- Ensure best practices in RPA design, security, scalability, and governance

Stakeholder & Delivery Management:

- Act as a liaison between business teams, IT, and automation COEs

- Manage expectations, timelines, and delivery milestones

- Support change management and user adoption

Automation Strategy & Governance:

- Contribute to enterprise automation roadmap and standards

- Drive continuous improvement and cognitive automation initiatives

- Ensure compliance with organizational and client governance frameworks

Candidate Profile:

- 12+ years of experience in Business Analysis / RPA / Process Automation

- Strong hands-on experience with:

a. Automation Anywhere

b. UiPath

c. Blue Prism

Solid understanding of:

- Business process automation

- Cognitive automation and AI integration

- RPA lifecycle and governance

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
