Senior Role - Vendor Management

- End-to-End Vendor Management: Oversee the entire vendor lifecycle - from selection, onboarding, and performance evaluation to renewal or exit.

- Contract and Compliance Management: Manage contract-only vendor engagements; ensure all vendors meet compliance requirements and adhere to organizational standards.

- Vendor Evaluation & Performance: Define and monitor vendor performance metrics; conduct periodic assessments and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

- Industry Insight & Vendor Identification: Leverage industry knowledge to identify and onboard vendors that align with the firm's operational and strategic needs.

- Empanelment Decision-Making: Evaluate key parameters to make informed and effective decisions for vendor empanelment and rationalization.

- Performance Metrics Structuring: Develop and maintain structured performance measurement frameworks to assess vendor outcomes and ensure optimal vendor base efficiency.

- Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong vendor relationships that promote trust, innovation, and quarterly performance enhancements while optimizing cost and quality.

- Risk Management: Identify vendor and supply-related risks proactively; develop and execute mitigation plans in coordination with relevant stakeholders.

- Legal & Contractual Understanding: Maintain a thorough understanding of laws, policies, and contracts governing supplier relationships to ensure compliance and minimize liabilities.

- Reporting & Tools: Utilize vendor tracking tools and systems to monitor performance, generate insights, and support data-driven decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven end-to-end vendor management experience with a focus on contract management and compliance.

-Strong understanding of vendor evaluation criteria and performance metrics.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and vendor tracking systems/tools.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Demonstrated ability to manage vendor risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.

- Working knowledge of supplier-related laws and contracts.

- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement.
