This is one of the MNC company Experience: 10-14 years - Degree (B.com)/Post Graduate Degree (MBA/ M.Com) from an accredited university. - 3 to 6 years of experience in US Corporate tax. - Good communication skills to deliver messages to clients on call. - Sound knowledge of US Corporate tax (Form 1120, Form 1120F), various schedules, and various forms to be attached with Form 1120. - Preparation of Internationals forms such as Form 1120-F, 5471, 5472, 8858, 8865, 8990, 8991, 8992, and Form 8975 - Sound Knowledge in Accounts to handle US Corporate tax returns (Form 1120). - Clearing E-file validation errors, and diagnostics. - Assist with other compliance-related tasks for US and Non-U.S. activities and calculations as required - Ability to perform Tax research on Tax laws and regulations - Prepare Country by Country Workpaper (US CbCR) and Form 8975 in OneSource. - Experience in working with MS Office. - Should be willing to work in any shifts throughout the season. - Maintain flexibility to work extra hours, as necessary, to meet client commitments.
