Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT roles, with a strong focus on C2H hiring.
- Source, screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social networks, referrals, and internal databases.
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and manage onboarding workflows.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, clients, and candidates.
- Lead and guide junior recruiters in achieving hiring targets and maintaining quality standards.
- Track recruitment metrics, maintain proper documentation, and ensure timely closures of open positions.
- Stay updated with IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and recruitment best practices.
Key Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in IT Recruitment, with proven expertise in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring.
- Strong understanding of the IT market, technical roles, and skillsets.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent sourcing, screening, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience mentoring or leading junior recruiters is an advantage.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
