Senior Role - TBG Implementation

Job Description:

To be responsible for monitoring the CMS mandate pipeline and working with clients, Sales, IT, Operations and WCS team on the erroneous free rollout of the mandate. Working with various team on new innovations and improvising the existing process. Working on developing new solutions leveraging technology to deliver Banks products efficiently to its client base.

Providing demo, implementation and training of CMS products to external customers and internal stakeholders.

1. Pre-sales Support:

- To accompany sales for pre sales call at customer site.

2. Requirement Gathering:

- Complete understanding and collecting of all the requirement of the customer and cater it. If required, discuss with IT BSG and Application Development team for solutions.

3. Product Knowledge:

- End to End knowledge of CMS Application and features n functionalities of CMS product and channel offering.

4. Technical Skills:

- Basic Finacle working knowledge.
