Position: Senior role in Tax Operations  Role:  - Manage the team handling India Tax for the Financial Services Giant as well as its internal and external clients  - Manage the team  - Act as a Subject Matter Expert on Transaction Tax on Securities Transactions across various geographies, Dividend Tax, Tax Reclaims, Asset Services Related Tax, etc.  - Keep abrest of market changes that have an impact  - Manage and track US Tax Reporting and ensure IRS deadlines for filing and reporting are met  Requirements:  - 12-18 yrs of experience  - Possess strong technical knowledge of Transaction Tax on Securities Transactions across various geographies, Dividend Tax, Tax Reclaims, Asset Services Related Tax, etc.  - Should have supervised or demonstrated the ability to lead a team  - Strong verbal and written communication skills  Location: Bangalore  This position is with a Client of Vertex Corporate Services which is a leading MNC Financial Services Giant
