Senior Role - Supply Chain Management

- Lead and coordinate overall Site Supply Chain operations to achieve performance, cost, and delivery targets.

- Deploy site supply chain strategy aligned with global and regional objectives.

- Drive standardization of processes, methods, tools, and ERP systems across supply chain functions.

- Manage material planning, procurement coordination, logistics, and warehouse operations.

- Establish and monitor KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and ensure continuous improvement.

- Prepare and manage supply chain budget, cost control, and identify synergy opportunities.

- Lead organizational deployment, capability building, and people development roadmap.

- Collaborate with Procurement, Industrial, Quality, HR, Finance, suppliers, and logistics partners.

- Ensure compliance with audits, governance standards, and support site stabilization or new business mobilization.
