Role Overview :

Looking for a Logistics professional to manage and optimize distribution, transportation, and last-mile delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Oversee end-to-end logistics operations including warehousing and transportation

- Manage 3PL partners, courier companies, and vendor relationships

- Optimize freight costs, delivery timelines, and service levels

- Ensure smooth last-mile delivery for D2C operations

- Monitor logistics KPIs (TAT, cost per shipment, delivery success rate)

- Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives

Requirements :

- 8+ years in logistics and distribution management

- Experience in D2C/e-commerce logistics (beauty/lifestyle preferred)

- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills

- Knowledge of logistics tech platforms and systems
