Senior Role - Sales & Business Development - Fund Administration/Finacial Services

Experienced senior executive with over 15 years of experience in fund administration, regulatory compliance, and business development within the financial services industry. Job entails building up relationships with Asset Managers, Investment Advisors & Funds which have set up and are proposing to set up at Singapore to pitch Fund Administration. As it's a key leadership role the job requires a good understanding of the regulations in driving regional sales strategy and ensuring compliance with MAS regulations and global fund governance standards.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Sales & Business Development:

- Lead client acquisition strategies across Southeast Asia, targeting hedge funds, private equity, real assets, and institutional investment managers.

- Pro-actively initiate client meetings and follow up on business opportunities and client queries with the relevant teams.

- Keep detailed overviews of client business.

- Develop tailored fund administration proposals and pricing models aligned with client needs and regulatory requirements.

- Coordinate and take the lead with internal stakeholders in-order to meet strategy and revenue targets.

- Map out new clients / opportunities and co-operate closely with various teams.

- Covering intermediaries like Audit firms, trustee & law firms for leads

- Coordinating between Client and internal stakeholders for successful implementation of mandates. Work closely during onboarding and operational transition phases.

- Managing Sales Activities and achieving monthly targets across products and services

- Responsible for preparing yearly budgets and strategies for achieving the targets

- Providing relevant information and feedback regarding competitors and their o- erings, thereby helping product team to derive product variants and adding value to existing products and Services

- Compliance & Risk Oversight - Ensure all client onboarding processes meet MAS AML/KYC regulations and international standards (FATCA, CRS, AIFMD).

- Liaise with lawyers and compliance teams to oversee the completion of documentation and internal control testing.

- Regularly review changes in regulatory requirements and update internal SOPs accordingly.
