Our client is a global consulting firm specialising in real estate and urban redevelopment, known for delivering large-scale infrastructure projects that transform urban landscapes. This opportunity is part of a major real estate development initiative.
As a senior consultant, you will play a pivotal role in establishing robust program management structures, including digital control towers and integrated planning systems, to drive project efficiency and stakeholder alignment. Your expertise will directly contribute to the successful delivery of this urban redevelopment project, minimising risks, optimising resources, and enabling sustainable growth in a dynamic real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead PMO and program management for construction and infrastructure aspects, overseeing timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Set up and manage a digital control tower or war room, including the development of MIS dashboards for real-time project monitoring and decision-making.
- Implement integrated planning and project controls using tools like Primavera or MS Project to streamline workflows and mitigate delays.
Coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including developers, contractors, and government entities, to ensure alignment and resolve interdependencies.
- Provide strategic guidance on large-scale development processes, influencing key decisions on project governance and performance metrics.
Support the integration of BIM (Building Information Modelling) where applicable, enhancing digital visualisation and collaboration across teams.
Your Background:
- 10+ years of experience in PMO and program management for large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
- Proven expertise in setting up digital control centres, MIS dashboards, and integrated planning tools such as Primavera or MS Project.
- Strong background in multi-stakeholder coordination within real estate or urban redevelopment sectors.
- Educational qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Infrastructure, PMP certification, or Urban Planning.
- Experience from reputed global EPC and project management firms or real estate consulting firms is highly preferred.
- Good-to-have knowledge of BIM for enhanced project modelling and execution.
