Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Operational Excellence professional with 10+ years of experience in the food manufacturing industry. The candidate will be responsible for improving operational processes, conducting audits, and ensuring smooth and efficient manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Improve processes and overall operational efficiency.

- Conduct and manage company and process audits.

- Identify operational gaps and implement improvements.

- Work closely with Production, Quality, and other teams.

- Monitor processes and ensure proper implementation of SOPs.

- Support reduction of wastage, cost, and process-related issues.

- Coordinate with external auditors and certification agencies when required.

- Ensure continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

Key Requirements

- 10+ years of experience in Operational Excellence or similar roles.

- Experience in the food manufacturing industry is preferred.

- B.Tech qualification.

- TV Certification preferred.

- Strong experience in auditing companies and manufacturing processes.

- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement.
