
Key Responsibilities:
1. Training Needs Analysis
- Conduct regular assessments to identify skill gaps and training needs across departments.
- Work closely with department heads to understand business priorities and align training programs accordingly.
2. Program Design & Delivery
- Develop engaging training programs (classroom, virtual, and blended) for leadership, technical, and soft skills.
- Partner with external training vendors and consultants as needed.
- Ensure learning materials are updated, relevant, and aligned with industry best practices.
3. Learning Platforms & Tools
- Manage and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Introduce innovative learning methods (e-learning, microlearning, gamification).
4. Employee Development Initiatives
- Lead talent development programs, succession planning, and career path frameworks.
- Facilitate onboarding programs for new hires.
5. Monitoring & Evaluation
- Track training attendance, feedback, and learning outcomes.
- Analyze post-training performance improvements and report ROI to management.
6. Compliance & Certifications
- Ensure mandatory compliance training is delivered and documented.
- Maintain training records and ensure audit readiness.
