Roles & Responsibilities:- Planning - Plan annual audit calendar - Align the team members to execute the audits as per the audit plan - Plan audit completion timelines Execution - Keep an oversight of the audit engagements - Review and monitor the work of internal team and co-sourced firm - Maintain quality of the audit engagements - Ensure compliance of the organization with the regulators - Make presentations to be placed and reported to the board - Adherence and enhancement of Internal Audit working standards (including document standards) Communication - Presentation and confirmation of the draft observation with auditee's senior management and assessing impact. - Maintain adequate audit documentation for corroborating the observations - Providing regular updates on status of audit progress. People development - Attend planned trainings on timely basis. - Maintain professional certification(s) and continue to develop and expand knowledge of the audit profession, information systems, regulatory issuances, industry, and Company products and information through self-study, research, and continuing education efforts.
