Senior Role - Institutional Sales - Financial Services

Position Overview:

- We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and result-oriented institutional professional to lead and drive our Fixed Income distribution franchise.

- The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in fixed income instruments and a proven track record of selling Bonds, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs), Inter-Corporate Deposits (ICDs), and associated structured debt products to institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Distribution & Sales Execution :

- Drive primary placement and secondary market volumes for a wide range of products including Corporate Bonds, G-Secs, NCDs, ICDs, Commercial Papers (CPs), and Certificates of Deposit (CDs).

Relationship Management:

- Maintain, deepen, and monetize high-level relationships with institutional investors, including Bank Treasuries, Corporate Treasuries, Mutual Funds, Insurance Companies, Pension Funds, and large Family Offices.

Deal Sourcing & Syndication:

- Collaborate closely with the Debt Capital Markets (DCM) origination desk to evaluate client mandates, assess market demand, structure yields, and successfully anchor high-value debt issuances.
