Keep sharp focus on Engineering technical capability and changing workforce plan dynamics. - Design Competency frameworks with focus on quality of talent benchmarked against the best. - Guide and support in creating individual development plans and assist in identifying opportunities and resources to fulfill individual development plans. - Facilitate and promote internal opportunities for employee development including mentoring, job shadowing, job rotations, international assignments, etc. - Establish, track, and report on key metrics.
