Senior Role - Fund Accounting - Private Equity/AIF

Fund Accounting & Reporting:

- Oversee the NAV calculation, capital call and distribution processing, and quarter-end/year-end close activities.

- Maintain general ledgers and prepare financial statements under US GAAP / IFRS / IN GAAP.

- Perform and review capital account statements, waterfall calculations, and management/incentive fee calculations.

- Manage accounting for complex structures such as master-feeder funds, fund of funds, co-investment vehicles, and SPVs.

Client & Investor Services:

- Act as the main point of contact for client queries, investor reporting, and audit coordination.

- Manage investor capital activity, prepare investor reports, and ensure timely delivery of capital notices and statements.

- Review and approve subscription/redemption documents and assist in KYC/AML processes in coordination with investor relations teams.
