Senior Role - Looking for CAs, Industry-NBFC / Housing Finance (currently working) Only

Role Overview:

We are looking for a high-caliber Finance professional to join our team in Pune, focusing on driving strategic financial decision-making through rigorous planning and analysis. In this role, you will serve as a key partner to business leaders, translating complex financial data into actionable insights that steer organizational growth. You will manage the end-to-end cycle of budgeting and forecasting, ensuring that our financial roadmap aligns with long-term business objectives. By collaborating closely with cross-functional department heads, you will play a pivotal role in identifying operational efficiencies and mitigating risks, ultimately influencing the companys bottom-line performance and fiscal health.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes to provide leadership with a clear view of financial trajectories and resource allocation requirements.

- Execute detailed variance analysis to identify discrepancies between actual performance and projections, enabling timely corrective actions for business stakeholders.

- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to evaluate investment opportunities, project profitability, and support complex decision-making scenarios.

- Prepare comprehensive MIS reports and dashboards that distill high-level financial data into meaningful narratives for executive management.

- Partner with department heads to monitor departmental spend, ensuring strict adherence to budgets while identifying opportunities for cost optimization.

- Streamline financial reporting processes to enhance data accuracy and reduce turnaround time for critical business reviews.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in Financial Planning and Analysis, with a strong command over budgeting, forecasting, and complex financial modeling techniques.

- Proven ability to perform deep-dive variance analysis and translate findings into strategic recommendations for senior management.

- Exceptional proficiency in MIS reporting and data visualization, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders clearly.

- Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration across diverse teams and the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels of the organization.

- A proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment in Pune, maintaining high standards of accuracy under tight deadlines.

- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, preferably complemented by a professional qualification such as CA.

- 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in a corporate finance or FP&A function, showcasing a track record of delivering high-impact financial insights.
