Key Responsibilities:

1. Design Leadership

- Lead faade design strategy from concept to construction for residential, and mixed-use developments

- Develop innovative and aesthetically compelling building envelope solutions aligned with brand identity

- Review and approve faade concepts, drawings, and material selections

2. Technical Expertise

- Provide deep technical knowledge of faade systems such as curtain walling, unitized systems, glazing, cladding, and shading devices

- Ensure compliance with local building codes, fire safety regulations, and sustainability standards

- Oversee faade performance criteria including thermal insulation, acoustic performance, water tightness, and structural integrity

3. Project Management

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks are met

- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, and contractors

- Review shop drawings, mock-ups, and prototypes

4. Vendor & Stakeholder Management

- Identify, evaluate, and onboard faade consultants, contractors, and material suppliers

- Lead technical discussions with faade vendors and ensure adherence to specifications

- Negotiate costs and ensure value engineering without compromising design intent

5. Innovation & Sustainability

- Drive adoption of sustainable faade solutions (energy-efficient glazing, green facades, smart skins)

- Stay updated with global trends in faade engineering and materials

- Promote use of BIM and digital tools in faade design and coordination

6. Quality & Risk Management

- Conduct design audits and site inspections to ensure execution quality

- Identify risks related to faade design and installation, and implement mitigation strategies

- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Architecture, Facade Engineering, or related field

- 12-18 years of experience in faade design and execution, preferably in real estate or large infrastructure projects

- Proven experience in handling high-rise or large-scale developments

- Strong portfolio demonstrating faade design leadership
