Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of highly scalable and robust machine learning systems and AI solutions for enterprise clients.
- Develop, validate, and deploy advanced predictive models and algorithms using state-of-the-art techniques to solve critical business problems.
- Drive the entire machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion and feature engineering to model training, evaluation, and production deployment on cloud platforms.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering counterparts to translate complex requirements into actionable data science strategies and deliverables.
- Establish and advocate for best practices in MLOps, model governance, and responsible AI to ensure the reliability, interpretability, and ethical application of AI solutions.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies in AI/ML, integrating relevant advancements to maintain a competitive edge for our solutions.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated expertise in designing, developing, and deploying end-to-end machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions at an enterprise scale.
- Profound proficiency in Python for data manipulation, statistical analysis, and machine learning model development, coupled with strong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation.
- Extensive hands-on experience with major cloud platforms, specifically AWS, Azure, and GCP, including their respective AI/ML services and infrastructure.
- Deep practical knowledge of machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch, applied to various problem domains including computer vision, natural language processing, or time series analysis.
- Proven ability to lead complex technical projects, mentor senior and junior team members, and drive technical excellence within a collaborative environment.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and influencing strategic decisions.
A Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or a related quantitative field from a premier institution.
