Roles & Responsibilities :

We are seeking an experienced and growth-oriented professional to lead business development and strategic client acquisition for its Asset Servicing, Clearing, and Offshore Investment Solutions business in India.

This leadership role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in custody and clearing services, strong institutional relationships, and a solid understanding of global investment structures, offshore fund platforms, and regulatory frameworks including FPI, FDI, AIF, and GIFT City ecosystem offerings.

The candidate will play a critical role in expanding the firm's institutional footprint across Asset Managers, PMS, AIFs, Family Offices, Investment Advisors.

Key Responsibilities :

- Drive revenue growth and business development for the Fund Business, Clearing, Fund Administration, and Asset Servicing solutions

Build and manage strategic relationships with institutional clients including :

i. Asset Management Companies (AMCs)

ii. Portfolio Management Services (PMS)

iii. Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs)

iv. Investment Advisors

v. Family Offices and Offshore Fund Managers

- Identify and structure opportunities under FPI / FDI and cross-border investment frameworks

- Own the complete sales lifecycle including lead generation, pitching, solutioning, negotiation, and closure

- Collaborate closely with Product, Compliance, Legal, and Operations teams for seamless onboarding and execution

- Track market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments to drive product innovation and strategic initiatives

- Cross-sell AIF Category III Clearing, Custody, and Fund Administration solutions

- Represent the organization at industry forums, client meetings, and regulatory interactions
