Role Overview :
As a Corporate Finance & Tax professional, you will be at the forefront of managing the financial health and tax compliance of our organization. Your day-to-day will involve a blend of strategic financial planning, meticulous tax management, and navigating complex litigation matters. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, external auditors, and legal counsel to ensure accurate financial reporting, minimize tax liabilities, and effectively manage financial risks. Your work will directly impact the company's profitability, compliance, and long-term financial stability, safeguarding our assets and contributing to sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement comprehensive tax strategies to minimize the company's tax burden while ensuring full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Manage all aspects of corporate tax compliance, including the preparation and filing of tax returns, tax audits, and transfer pricing documentation.
- Oversee financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
- Lead and manage financial litigation matters, working with legal counsel to develop effective strategies and mitigate financial risks.
- Conduct thorough financial due diligence for potential mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions to assess financial risks and opportunities.
- Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior management and stakeholders, providing clear and concise insights into the company's financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements to maintain the integrity of financial reporting.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective tax strategies and manage corporate tax compliance.
- Proven ability to conduct financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance principles, financial modeling, and valuation techniques.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
