Position Title: Senior Risk Modelling Specialist FICO Scoring (BFSI)

Location: India

Role Summary:

- We are looking for an experienced professional with 8-10 years of expertise in credit risk modelling and FICO scoring within the Indian BFSI sector. The role involves developing, validating, and optimizing scoring models to support lending decisions, regulatory compliance, and portfolio risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain FICO-based credit scoring models for consumer and SME lending.

- Conduct model validation, monitoring, and back-testing to ensure accuracy.

- Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, Basel norms, and internal governance.

- Collaborate with product, underwriting, and collections teams to integrate models into business processes.

- Prepare documentation and reports for regulatory and audit purposes.

- Explore advanced analytics (ML/AI) to enhance scoring frameworks.

Qualifications:

- 8-10 years of experience in credit risk modeling with FICO scoring expertise.

- Strong knowledge of Indian BFSI market, RBI regulations, and credit bureau practices.

- Proficiency in SAS, R, Python, SQL.

- Postgraduate degree in Statistics, Economics, Finance, or related field preferred
