Senior Risk Manager
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Risk Manager to lead the identification, assessment, mitigation, and monitoring of risks across the organization.
This role is critical in ensuring we maintain a strong risk management culture while complying with regulatory requirements and supporting strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement risk management frameworks, policies, and processes across all risk domains (operational, financial, strategic, and compliance).
- Conduct regular risk assessments and lead risk mitigation initiatives.
- Monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and report on risk exposures to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed risk management practices into business processes.
- Lead incident investigations and ensure implementation of corrective actions.
- Support regulatory audits and ensure compliance with relevant legal and industry standards.
- Promote a risk-aware culture through training and awareness programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in risk management, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of enterprise risk frameworks (e.g., ISO 31000, COSO).
- Experience in risk reporting, governance, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
