Senior Researcher

We're looking to hire a Senior Researcher to join our team. You will have the opportunity to work directly the CIO and the investment team. Your primary responsibility will be to help us develop exceptional sector insights that drive our investment decisions. Your work will inform how we allocate capital, build conviction, and stay ahead of the curve. This is not a role for surface-level thinking or generic reports- you'll be expected to distill complex domains into clear ideas.

What You'll Do

- Build a robust sector thesis across areas like Energy Transition, Consumer, AI, Media, and others.

- Absorb large volumes of information- academic papers, industry reports, and extract what actually matters.

- Identify patterns, first-principles dynamics, and second-order effects that shape sector trajectories.

- Engage with experts, operators, academics, and consultants to pressure-test assumptions and gather proprietary insights.

- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.

- Challenge the team's ideas constructively to strengthen investment conviction and confidence

- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in a Management Consulting/ Investment Research Role

- Master's degree or PhD in relevant field: e.g., Economics, Social Sciences, Business, or related discipline.
