Senior Research Analyst/Research Analyst

Key Responsibilities: Research Leadership & Strategy:

- Handle equity and sector analysts to deliver timely, accurate, and actionable research reports.

- Develop investment strategies, market outlooks, and thematic reports for clients.

- Oversee coverage of equities, derivatives, commodities, and macroeconomic trends.

- Ensure research aligns with business strategy, compliance, and market positioning.

Client Advisory & Engagement:

- Support Dealers, and Sales Teams with stock recommendations and market insights.

- Conduct webinars, investor meets, and media interactions to position the firm as a thought leader. - Provide model portfolios, investment strategies, and risk assessment for clients.

Regulatory & Compliance:

- Ensure all reports and recommendations comply with SEBI Research Analyst (RA) guidelines.

- Maintain data integrity and confidentiality of research and client information.

- Coordinate with compliance and legal teams for required disclosures.

Market Positioning & Growth:

- Build thought leadership by contributing market views to media, reports, and research publications.

- Collaborate with business heads to drive client acquisition and retention through strong research capabilities.

- Identify new products or research offerings to enhance broking revenue.
