
- Manage and execute multiple client engagements across executive search and leadership advisory projects in Technology & Communication or Financial Services.
- Conduct market research and analysis to develop insights that support leadership hiring and advisory assignments.
- Identify, assess, and prioritize potential candidates through internal databases, external research, and targeted market outreach in Technology & Communication or Financial Services.
- Partner with Consultants to develop search strategies and talent mapping approaches for each assignment.
- Prepare high-quality project documentation, including role specifications, candidate profiles, market mapping reports, and compensation benchmarks.
- Contribute to leadership advisory engagements by preparing assessments, evaluation summaries, and feedback reports.
- Contribute to internal initiatives including business development, knowledge management, and strategic capability-building projects.
