About the job:
- Lead the creation, maintenance, and distribution of key business reports, including operational, financial, and performance metrics.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement, and present findings to management.
- Develop automated reporting processes and dashboards to improve efficiency and reduce manual reporting tasks.
- Collaborate with business leaders and departments to understand reporting needs and tailor reports to meet business objectives.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and report on business progress and success.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior reporting specialists, assisting them with complex report generation and data analysis.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with internal reporting standards and best practices.
Skill:
- 5 - 8 years of experience in business reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence roles.
- Proven experience in creating, maintaining, and automating operational, financial, and performance reports.
- Hands-on experience working with large datasets to identify trends and drive business insights.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to understand and deliver reporting needs.
- Experience developing and tracking KPIs to measure business performance.
- Prior experience mentoring junior analysts or supporting team members with complex reporting tasks
