Senior Relationship Manager - Project Finance - NBFC

Role Overview:

One of our clients, a leading NBFC with a strong presence across India, is looking to hire a Senior Relationship Manager - Project Finance for their Lower Parel, Mumbai location.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in delivering budgeted sales volumes, profitability, and Fee Income in the designated area.

- Implement business strategy for the zone and tap local networks to achieve budgeted business volumes, Net Interest Income, and asset book growth.

- Undertake new client acquisition and establish healthy working relationships with existing and target customers across the hierarchy from Promoter to operating levels.

- Engage in effective deal structuring, due diligence, and loan documentation while ensuring adherence to credit appraisal memorandums and risk norms.

- Conduct proactive post-disbursement monitoring, site visits, and portfolio reviews to manage stress assets and collections.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory norms, KYC formalities, and internal credit policies.

- Maintain high standards of portfolio management through regular reviews and effective stakeholder engagement.
